Our Facility

Marthasville, Missouri.
End-to-End U.S. Manufacturing.

Warco's Marthasville facility houses the full manufacturing operation — from raw material receiving through finished component inspection and shipment. Our production floor is organized around process flow efficiency, with dedicated areas for porcelain forming, metal fabrication, assembly, electrical testing, and order fulfillment.

Every item ships from this single location. No offshore manufacturing. No third-party assembly. When you order from Warco, you get a component made by Warco technicians under Warco quality controls.

Quality System

Operator accountability.
Systematic quality.

Warco's quality approach is built on a principle of individual accountability supported by systematic process controls. Every operator owns the quality of their work.

Operator Quality Ownership

Each production operator is responsible for the quality of their own work. This accountability model reduces defects at the source rather than relying solely on end-of-line inspection.

Dedicated Quality Team

A dedicated quality assurance team supports production with process audits, incoming material inspection, and outgoing product review before any shipment leaves the facility.

Electrical Testing

Bushings undergo routine electrical testing including dielectric verification appropriate to voltage class. Test procedures follow industry standards to ensure each unit meets specification before shipment.

Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials and purchased components are inspected on receipt. Porcelain, hardware, and insulating materials are verified against specifications before entering production.

2-Week Catalog Lead Time

Standard catalog items typically ship within two weeks of order. This is maintained through careful inventory management of raw materials and semi-finished components across the product line.

Custom Engineering

Non-catalog items are manufactured to customer specification. Our engineering team works with buyers to define dimensions, voltage ratings, BIL levels, and mounting configurations for custom applications.
